Application Expectations

  • Should possess a valid licensure as a therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Minimum of 25 billable hours per week
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions
  • Will also be responsible for responding to their clientele outside of scheduled session hours and providing coordination of care with other patient care providers as needed
  • Strong ethical and legal compliance, cultural competence, and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing rapport with clients
  • The candidate should prioritize self-care, maintain accurate documentation, and align with Verus Ridge’s mission of promoting mental health and providing accessible and equitable care.
