Our Staff
Veronica Clapp, LPC, NCC
Veronica has been in the counseling field since 2012. She is experienced with individual, family, and couples counseling. She specializes in helping people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. She also provides cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety (panic, social anxiety, phobias, etc), depression, grief, and relationship issues. In addition, Veronica offers faith-based counseling.
Veronica is passionate about helping others face and overcome fears that are holding them back from living authentically. She knows that counseling, much like physical forms of therapy, takes hard work and persistence. That hard work translates to personal growth, feelings of competence, enhanced communication with others, and better ability to cope with life’s challenges.
Veronica's certified therapy dog, Lincoln, also attends sessions with her. He brings a calm and homey atmosphere to the office with his low-key demeanor.
For leisure, Veronica enjoys taking in the outdoors via hiking, motorcycling, hunting, and going for walks with her trusty sidekick, Lincoln. She loves traveling to new places, especially national and state parks. She enjoys yoga and is a big fan of Yoga with Adriene on Youtube, reading (especially thriller/suspense stories), listening to true crime podcasts, and loves a good comedy.
